Ingredients

120g plain Greek yoghurt

2 to 3 teaspoons minced chipotle peppers

1/8 teaspoon plus ½ teaspoon salt, divided

1 medium pie pumpkin
-
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
-
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
-
¼ teaspoon chili powder
-
¼ teaspoon pepper
Directions
Combine yoghurt, chipotle peppers, and ½ teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve, covered.
Peeled the pumpkin and split it in half lengthwise. Discard the seeds. Cut pumpkin into 1 cm strips.
Place in a large mixing bowl. Toss with ½ teaspoon salt, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and pepper.
Press either “Zone 1” or “Zone 2” and then rotate the knob to select “Air Fry”.
Set the temperature to 200°C, and then set the time for 5 minutes to preheat.
After preheating, spray the Air-Fryer basket with cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Arrange pumpkin fries and spritz cool‹ing spray on them.
Slide the basket into the Air Fryer and set the time for 8 minutes.
After that, toss them and again cook for 3 minutes longer.
After cooking time is completed, transfer them onto serving plates and serve.
