A delightful gelato that combines the sweet and juicy flavors of peaches with the tangy taste of raspberries for a classic Peach Melba experience.
Ingredients
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup fresh or frozen peaches, diced
1/2 cup raspberry puree

Directions
In a blender, combine the whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
Select the 'Gelato' program and start the machine.
Once the cycle is complete, check the consistency. If it's too thick, use the 'Re-spin' option.
