Ingredients

150g sweet potato noodles

1 tablespoon canola oil

30g spinach
-
30g carrots, julienned

30g capsicum, julienned

30g yellow onion, julienned

30g shiitake mushroom, julienned

30ml water

30ml japchae sauce

Directions
Soak sweet potato noodles in a bowl of room temperature water for 1 hour. Ensure noodles are fully submerged.
Slice carrots, capsicum, yellow onion & shiitake mushrooms into thin strips (julienne). Ensure spinach leaves are in single pieces.
Move slider to AIR FRY/HOB mode and select SAUTÉ function on Hi-5. Add 1 tablespoon of canola oil and cut vegetables into the SmartLid™. Sauté ingredients for about 5 minutes or until onions are lightly browned and vegetables become softer.
Add sweet potato noodles and water into the SmartLid™. Stir and mix ingredients for 1 minute before switching off the SmartLid™.
Immediately after switching off the SmartLid™, pour japchae sauce and mix ingredients till sauce is evenly spread.
Portion out japchae noodles as side dishes to be eaten hot or keep it re frigerated if preferred as cold dish.
