Ingredients
- 6-8 chicken thighs
- Egg Marinade
- 2 teaspoon of hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon of ground onion
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of ground garlic
- 237ml of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 large egg
- Breading
- 2 cups of ground almonds
- 1⁄2 cup of tapioca starch
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of thyme
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of pink salt
- Spray on cooking oil olive oil spray

Directions
- Mix egg marinade ingredients in a large bowl and add chicken thighs.
- Stir well to coat then cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix all the breading ingredients in a shallow bowl.
- Remove the chicken from the egg marinade and coat with the breading mixture.
- Place the coated chicken thighs in the air fryer baskets.
- Return the air fryer basket 1 to Zone 1, and basket 2 to Zone 2 of the Ninja Foodi 2-Basket Air Fryer.
- Choose the "Air Fry" mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 190°C and 25 minutes of cooking time.
- Select the "MATCH COOK" option to copy the settings for Zone 2.
- Initiate cooking by pressing the START/PAUSE BUTTON.
- Flip the chicken thighs once cooked halfway through.
- Serve.
