Directions
- Honeyed, Roasted Apples with Walnuts :

- Core the apples and slice them in half.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, honey, cinnamon, walnuts, salt, and olive oil.
- Scoop a quarter of the oat mixture onto the top of each half apple.
- Place the apples in the zone 1 air fryer basket, and roast for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the apples are fork tender.
- Rhubarb and Strawberry Crumble:
- Preheat the air fryer to 190°C.
- In a 6-by-2-inch round metal baking pan, combine the strawberries, rhubarb, and granulated sugar.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir the melted butter into this mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit.
- Once the unit is preheated, place the pan into the zone 2 basket.
- Bake for 12 minutes then check the crumble. If the fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden brown, it is done. If not, resume cooking.
