Ingredients

4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes

3 tablespoons melted butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 garlic cloves, crushed

½ teaspoon ground paprika

Salt and black pepper ground, to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Directions
Slice each potato from the top to make ¼-inch slices without cutting its ½-inch bottom, keeping the potato's bottom intact.
Mix butter with olive oil, garlic, and paprika in a small bowl.
Brush the garlic mixture on top of each potato and add the mixture into the slits.
- Season them with salt and black pepper.
Place 2 seasoned potatoes in each of the crisper plate.
Return the crisper plate to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 190°C and the time to 25 minutes.
Select the “MATCH” button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
- Initiate cooliing by pressing the START/STOP button.
Brushing the potatoes again with butter mixture after 15 minutes, then resume cooking.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve warm.
