Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
¼ teaspoon pepper

1-pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

½ cup panko breadcrumbs
-
1 ½ teaspoons minced fresh rosemary

Directions
Place the first 4 ingredients in a small microwave-safe bowl microwave on high for 30 seconds.
Toss the Brussels sprouts in 2 tablespoons of the microwaved mixture.
Place a crisper plate in each drawer. Put the sprouts in a single layer in each drawer. Insert the drawers into the units.
Select zone 1, then AIR FRY, then set the temperature to 180°C with a 6-minute timer. To match zone 2 settings to zone 1, choose MATCH. To begin, select START/STOP.
Remove the sprouts from the drawers after the timer has finished.
Toss the breadcrumbs with the rosemary and remaining oil mixture| sprinkle over the sprouts.
Continue cooking until the crumbs are browned, and the sprouts are tender. Serve immediately.
