Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker-NC300
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the fruity cereal and the milk. Allow the mixture to settle for 15-30 minutes, stirring occasionally to infuse the milk with the fruity taste.
- Microwave the Philadelphia cream cheese for:10 seconds in a second large microwave-safe dish. Combine the sugar and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl with a whisk or rubber spatula until the mixture resembles frosting, about 60 seconds.
- After 15 to 30 minutes, sift the milk and cereal into the bowl with the sugar mixture using a fine-mesh filter. To release extra milk, press on the cereal with a spoon, then discard it. Mix in the heavy cream until everything is thoroughly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into an empty ninja CREAMi Pint container. Add the strawberries to the Pint, making sure not to go over the max fill line, and freeze for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, remove the Pint from the freezer. Remove the lid.
- Place the Ninja CREAMi Pint into the outer bowl. Place the outer bowl with the Pint in it into the ninja CREAMi machine and turn until the outer bowl locks into place. Push the ICE CREAM button. During the ICE CREAM function, the ice cream will mix together and become very creamy.
- Use a spoon to create a 11/2-inch wide hole that reaches the bottom of the Pint. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of fruity cereal to the hole and process again using the mix-in. When processing is complete, remove the ice cream from the Pint.
