Ingredients
- 4 (4-oz) lobster tails
- 8 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- Salt and black pepper, ground to taste
- 2 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 wedges lemon

Directions
- Spread the lobster tails into Butterfly, slit the top to expose the lobster meat while keeping the tail intact.
- Place two lobster tails in each of the crisper plate with their lobster meat facing up.
- Mix melted butter with lemon zest and garlic in a bowl.
- Brush the butter mixture on top of the lobster tails.
- Drizzle salt and black pepper on top.
- Return the crisper plate to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
- Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 18 minutes
- Select the "MATCH" button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
- Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
- Serve warm.
