Ingredients
- 2 (115g) salmon fillets, skin removed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 medium lemon

½ teaspoon dried dill

Directions
Place each fillet on a 5"x5" square of aluminum foil. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Zest half of the lemon and evenly distribute it over the salmon. Slice the remaining lemon half and place two slices on top of each fillet. Sprinkle dill over salmon.
- Gather and fold foil at the top and sides to fully close packets.
- Insert a crisper plate in a basket, place the foil packets in the basket, then insert the basket in Zone 1. Select Zone 1. Turn the dial to select AIR FRY, set the temperature to 200°C, and set the time to 12 minutes. Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking.
- Salmon will be easily flaked and have an internal temperature of at least 60°C when fully cooked. Serve immediately
