Ingredients
- 455g snapper, grouper, or salmon fillets
- Sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 55g sour cream
- 55g sugar-free mayonnaise (homemade, here, or store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped, plus more for garnish
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest

Directions
- Pat the fish dry with paper towels and season well with salt and pepper. Brush with the avocado oil.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C for 1 minute.
- Turn the air fryer temperature to 160°C and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Flip the fish and cook for 1 more minute or until an instant-read thermometer reads 60°C. (If using salmon, cook it to 50°C for medium-rare.)
- While the fish is cooking, prepare the sauce by combining the sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a medium bowl. Season with salt and black pepper and stir until combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve the fish with the sauce, garnished with the remaining dill.
