Store-bought tempura (your choice)

Warm rice
Tempura Sauce (for 2–4 servings)

2 tbsp Soy sauce

2 tbsp Mirin
-
1 tbsp Sake
-
50ml Dashi broth

1 small teaspoon Raw sugar

Ninja CRISPi - FN101
Directions
- Place the plate in a glass container and arrange the tempura.
Set the Ninja CRISPI for RECRISP for 8 minutes and press 'START' to begin cooking.
Put all sauce ingredients and reduce over medium heat in a pan.
- Pour the finished sauce over warm rice. Place heated tempura on top of rice and drizzle more sauce over everything to finish.
Recipe Note
The tempura sauce can be refrigerated for up to 3–4 days. Consider making extra for future use.
Leftover sauce can be reused as seasoning for other dishes such as bento boxes, stews, or hot pots.
