Ingredients
- Oil for misting or cooking spray
- 120g unsweetened, large coconut chips
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 5 teaspoons liquid smoke
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Directions
- Spray the air fryer baking pan lightly with nonstick spray.
- Place the coconut chips in the baking pan.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, liquid smoke, and syrup.
- Pour the liquid over the coconut chips and stir well to distribute.
- Insert a crisper plate in a basket and place the pan in the basket, then insert the basket in Zone 1. Select Zone 1. Turn the dial to select AIR FRY, set the temperature to 180°C, and set the time to 8 minutes. Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking. Stir every 2 minutes.
- Serve hot or spread the chips on a baking sheet to cool slightly. The chips will crisp as they cool.
