Smoothies are definitely not boring; in fact, there are thousands of possible combinations of fruits, vegetables, milks, and juices to brighten up your morning. I enjoy trying new combinations and getting creative, but there was one ingredient I was always hesitant to add to smoothies-avocados. You may also be thinking, "Avocado in a smoothie?" Turns out there is a reason that you find avocados in everything these days, from savory to sweet recipes. They are versatile and delicious! Avocado adds a velvety creaminess to this tasty smoothie.
