Ingredients
- Eggs – 5
- Coconut flour - 2 tbsp
- Almond flour - 192g
- Orange zest - 1 tbsp
- Cranberries, chopped - 90g
- Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- Butter, melted - 3 tbsp
- Erythritol -170g
- Baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla - l tsp
- Heavy cream - 3 tbsp

Directions
- In a mixing bowl, mix almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and coconut flour.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs with butter, sweetener, heavy cream, vanilla, and orange zest until frothy.
- Pour the egg mixture into the almond flour mixture and mix until just combined. Add cranberries and fold well.
- Spoon batter into the silicone muffin molds.
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half of the muffin molds in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select Bake, set the temperature to 180℃, and set the time to 20 minutes.
- Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Serve and enjoy.
