Ingredients
- oil for misting or cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon Bob's Red Mill egg replacer
- 2 tablespoons water
- 100g sugar
- 30g self-rising flour, plus 3 tablespoons
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegan oil
- 1 (150g) container vegan vanilla yoghurt
- 60ml nut milk of choice

Directions
- Spray a baking pan with oil or cooking spray and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, using a wire whisk, whisk together the egg replacer and water.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the air fryer baking pan and bake at 165°C for 25 to 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
- Let the cake rest for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan.
