Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil, plus more for spraying
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- Salt
- 340g medium cooked shrimp, thawed, deveined, peeled
- 405g cooked brown rice
- 1 (425g) can seasoned black beans, warmed

1 large avocado, chopped
- 155g sliced cherry tomatoes

Directions
- Insert a crisper plate in a basket and spray it lightly with olive oil.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the lime juice, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, honey, chilli powder, garlic, and salt to make a marinade.
- Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly in the marinade.
Place the shrimp in the basket, then insert the basket in Zone 1. Select Zone 1. Turn the dial to select AIR FRY, set the temperature to 200°C, and set the time to 5 minutes. Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking. Shake the basket and cook until the shrimp are cooked through and starting to brown, an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
- To assemble the bowls, spoon 1/4 of the rice, black beans, avocado, and cherry tomatoes into each of four bowls. Top with the shrimp and serve.
