Ingredients
- 8 chicken wings drumettes
- cooking spray
- 1/8 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- McCormick Chicken Seasoning to taste
- Thai Chili Marinade
- 1 1/2 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 garlic cloves
- 1 green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil

Directions
- Put all the ingredients for the marinade in the blender and blend them for 1 minute.
- Keep this marinade aside. Pat dry the washed chicken and place it in the Ziploc bag.
- Add buttermilk, chicken seasoning, and zip the bag.
- Shake the bag well, then refrigerator for 30 minutes for marination.
- Remove the chicken drumettes from the marinade, then dredge them through dry flour.
- Spread the drumettes in the two crisper plate and spray them with cooking oil.
- Return the crisper plate to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
- Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 43 minutes
- Select the "MATCH" button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
- Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
- Toss the drumettes once cooked halfway through.
- Now brush the chicken pieces with Thai chili sauce and then resume cooking.
- Serve warm
