Ingredients
- Chicken Wings
- 12 chicken wings
- 45 g butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- Piri Piri Sauce
- 60 g piri piri peppers, stemmed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon pimiento, seeded and minced
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon

Directions
- Steam the chicken wings using a steamer drawer that is placed over a saucepan with boiling water; reduce the heat.
- Now, steam the wings for 10 minutes over a moderate heat. Toss the wings with butter, onion powder, cumin powder, and garlic paste.
- Let the chicken wings cool to room temperature. Then, refrigerate them for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Roast in the preheated air fryer at 170°C for 25 to 30 minutes; make sure to flip them halfway through
- While the chicken wings are cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing all of the sauce ingredients in a food processor. Toss the wings with prepared Piri Piri Sauce and serve.
