Ingredients
- Bruschetta Stuffing
- 1 tomato, diced
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil Chicken:
- 4 (115 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut 4 slits each
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Chicken seasoning or rub, to taste
- Cooking spray

Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 190°C. Spritz the two air fryer baskets with cooking spray.
- Combine the ingredients for the bruschetta stuffing in a bowl. Stir to mix well. Set aside.
- Rub the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning and chicken seasoning on a clean work surface.
- Arrange the chicken breasts, slits side up, in a single layer in the two air fryer baskets and spritz with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 7 minutes, then open the air fryer and fill the slits in the chicken with the bruschetta stuffing. Cook for another 3 minutes or until the chicken is well browned.
- Serve immediately.
