Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1½ cups broccoli florets, chopped

½ cup sliced brown mushrooms
-
¼ cup chopped onion
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
¼ teaspoon black pepper

6 eggs

¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions
Place the Cook & Crisp Basket in your Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer and set a reversible rack inside.
In an 8-inch nonstick cake pan, mix the olive oil, broccoli, mushrooms, onion, salt, and pepper.
Stir until the vegetables are coated with oil.
Place the mixture in the Ninja Foodi Cook & Crisp Basket.
Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop".
Cook on "Air Fry" Mode at 200°C for about 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
Meanwhile, in a suitable bowl, whisk the eggs and Parmesan until mixed.
Pour the prepared egg veggie mixture into the pan and shake gently to distribute the vegetables. Cook on "Air Fry" Mode at 175°C for 15 minutes until the eggs are set.
Remove from your Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer and let sit for about 5 minutes to cool slightly. Use a silicone spatula to gently lift the frittata onto a plate before serving.
