Blackberry and Blueberry Jam Parfait
Rated 4.0 stars by 1 users
This recipe was developed in honor of my husband, who always orders a parfait at our local bakery despite the endless options of delectably sweet breakfast pastries. While a parfait is traditionally made up of yogurt, granola, and fruit, the layer of homemade jam in this parfait is what makes it special. I love the combination of sweet blueberries and blackberries that perfectly complements the tartness of the Greek yogurt. Top with granola, nuts, and seeds if you desire, or enjoy as-is.
