Ingredients
- 2 (115 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, slice in half horizontally
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of a lime
- 2 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/4 onion, sliced

Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- Unfold the chicken breast slices on a clean work surface. Rub with olive oil, then drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
- Top the chicken slices with equal amount of bell peppers and onion. Roll them up and secure with toothpicks.
- Arrange the chicken roll-ups in the preheated air fryer. Air fry for 12 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches at least 75oC. Flip the chicken roll-ups halfway through.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer. Discard the toothpicks and serve immediately.
