Ingredients

6 large eggs

60ml double whipping cream

½ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

¼ tsp cayenne pepper(optional)

180ml frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled

60g shredded cheese

Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, double cream, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Divide the spinach and bacon among the 6 silicone muffin cups. Place the muffin cups in the zone 1 air fryer drawer.
Divide the egg mixture among the muffin cups. Top with cheese.
Set the temperature to 150°C. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the eggs are set and cooked through.
