Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cups fresh spinach
-
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (8-ounces) pizza dough ball

½ cup grated mozarella cheese

¼ cup grated Fontina cheese

¼ cup artichoke hearts, chopped
-
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
-
¼ teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions
Heat the oil in a suitable saute pan on the stovetop. Add the spinach and half the garlic to the pan and saute for a few minutes, until the spinach has wilted then transfer to a bowl.
Place the Cook & Crisp Basket in your Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
Line the Ninja Foodi Pressure Steam Fryer basket with aluminium. Brush the foil with oil. Shape the prepared dough into a circle and place it on top of the foil.
Brush the prepared dough with olive oil and transfer it into the Ninja Foodi Pressure Steam Fryer basket with the foil on the bottom.
Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
Move the Lid Slider to the “Air Fry/Stovetop“. Cook the prepared pizza dough on “Air Fry“ mode at 200°C for around 6 minutes.
Turn the prepared dough over, remove the aluminium foil and brush again with olive oil. Air-fry for 4 minutes.
Add the mozarella and Fontina cheeses over the prepared dough. Top with the spinach and artichoke hearts. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and dried oregano on top and drizzle with olive oil. Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer. Move the Lid Slider to the “Air Fry/Stovetop“. Cook on “Air Fry“ mode at 175°C for around 8 minutes, until the cheese has melted and is browned.
Serve.
