Almond-Crusted Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 30g slivered almonds
- 170g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons full-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Directions
- Briefly pulse the almonds in a food processor until they are finely chopped. Place almonds evenly on a plate and set aside.
- Completely slice each chicken breast in half lengthwise.
- Mix the mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl and then coat the chicken with the mixture.
- Lay each piece of chicken in the chopped almonds to filly coat. Carefully move the pieces into the air fryer basket.
Air fry at I75°C for 25 minutes.
- Chicken will be done when it has reached an internal temperature of 75°C or more. Serve warm.
