A classic braise, done in a fraction of the time.
Ingredients

600 g beef brisket (cut into chunks)

300 g beef tendon
-
300 g daikon (chunks)
-
1 tbsp oil
-
3 cloves garlic
-
3 slices ginger
Seasoning
-
2 tbsp Zhu Hou sauce
-
1 tbsp light soy sauce
-
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
-
1 tbsp oyster sauce
-
1 tbsp rice wine
-
1 tsp sugar
-
Salt to taste

Water (to cover)

Directions
Blanch the meat
- Simmer brisket and tendon in hot water for 5 minutes.
- Drain and set aside.
Sauté aromatics
- Set Ninja Foodi to Sear/Sauté.
- Add oil, garlic, and ginger. Cook until fragrant.
Build the braise
- Add beef and tendon back in, followed by daikon.
- Add all seasonings and enough water to cover.
Pressure Cook
Set to Pressure Cook (High) for 40 minutes.
Serve
- Once done, the beef should be tender and the sauce rich.
- Serve hot with rice.
