Yes! The StainStriker is designed for use on upholstery. We don’t recommend using it on leather and always recommend a patch test on a hidden area of the fabric.
We recommend that you only use these two Shark brand solutions in your StainStriker: Shark CarpetXpert Deep Clean Pro and Shark StainStriker Oxy Multiplier.
We encourage to use both CarpetXpert Deep Clean Pro and StainStriker Oxy Multiplier to provide the best remove tough stains. You are welcome to use just CarpetXpert Deep Clean Pro for cleaning heavy traffic areas.
No, do not put the dirty water tank or any other component in the dishwasher. It is not dishwasher safe. Follow cleaning instructions in Instruction Booklet.
You can store unused chemicals in the tanks. For long term storage we recommend to store unused StainStriker in StainStriker tank off of unit to prevent clogging/build up of the machine. Unused Carpet Xpert Deep Clean Pro should be discarded.
