The FA300SM features two Natural Breeze modes that simulate real wind patterns:
- • Strong Natural Breeze – simulates stronger, outdoor-like wind conditions.
- • Gentle Natural Breeze – simulates softer, more relaxing airflow.
To activate either mode, press the wind icon on the remote control or the fan icon on the fan head until you see an alternating light display on the fan head, indicating Natural Breeze mode is active.
The water tank holds 4.5 L of water. A full tank provides up to 60 minutes of misting in Continuous Mode and up to 120 minutes in Interval Mode.
Check that the misting tank is filled with water, and make sure the misting hose is securely connected to both the back of the fan head and the back of the water tank.
Also, ensure there are no kinks or bends in the misting hose that could block water flow.
The misting function is intended for outdoor use only. Do not use misting indoors, as it may cause slippery surfaces or water damage.
The fan has three mist settings that control mist density. Press the misting icon on either the remote control or the fan head until you reach your preferred setting.
If the mist feels too heavy, try lowering the fan speed, as higher speeds can increase mist intensity.
To keep your FlexBreeze Pro Mist Fan performing at its best:
- • Water Tank & Misting Hose: Clean with unscented soap and water every 3 months (or as needed). Empty and dry both after each use to prevent buildup.
- • Misting Nozzles: Clean every 12 months (or as needed). If you’re using hard water, clean more frequently to prevent clogging.
- • Fan Unit: Clean every 6 months (or as needed). Always activate Lock Mode for safety before removing the front cover.

To switch your fan to portable Tabletop Mode:
- 1. Press the Lift-Away button to detach the fan head from the pole.
- 2. Spread out all four support legs until they are fully extended.
- 3. Place the fan head on a flat, level surface for stable use.
- 4. To enable misting, connect the hose to both the tank and fan head while in Tabletop Mode.
Battery life varies based on settings
Low Speed: Up to 24 hours.
Medium Speed: Approximately 6 hours.
High Speed: Around 2 hours.
This fan is water resistant and will not be damaged by light rain. However, it cannot withstand heavy rain or water submersion. It is recommended to bring the fan indoors when not in use for long periods of time.
The hose clip will help to hold the misting hose in place while in use.

No. Do not add anything other than clean water to the tank. The unit is designed only to convert clean water into a fine cooling mist.
Yes, you can top up water while the fan is in operation. Simply turn the top cover anticlockwise to unlock it, then add water to the tank. Once done, lock and secure the cover fully before resuming use.
When using the remote, make sure it’s pointed directly at the LED display on the front of the fan.
The fan may have entered IDLE Mode to preserve battery life. If the fan has been unplugged and powered off for 24 hours, it will automatically enter this mode, and the remote cannot be used to power it on.
To exit IDLE Mode, press the Power button on top of the fan head to turn the fan back on.
If your remote has lost connection to the fan, you can easily re-pair it:
- 1. Press and hold the Power button on the fan head for 5 seconds until the LEDs begin flashing.
- 2. While the LEDs are flashing, press the fan speed button on the right side of the remote.
If the remote still doesn’t work, replace the batteries and try again. If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
