The fan doesn’t include an oscillation function, but you can tilt it upward or downward within a 45° range to adjust the airflow direction manually.
The fan features two misting settings: Consistent and Interval.
To activate misting, first open the misting cap in the centre of the fan grill. Next, press the water droplet button on the fan head until you reach your preferred setting.
The misting modes will cycle in this order: Consistent → Interval → Off. LED indicator lights will briefly illuminate to show which setting is selected.
When done misting, remember to close the cap to prevent dripping
The built-in water tank has a capacity of 150 ml.
- • Interval Misting Runtime: Up to 90 minutes of interval misting per tank at any fan speed.
- • Continuous Misting Runtime: Up to 30 minutes of continuous misting per tank at any fan speed.
Yes, you may open the top cover and add more water while the HydroGo is running.
Misting automatically shuts off after 1 hour in Continuous Mode and 2 hours in Interval Mode to prevent dry running and potential damage to the system.
If you refill the water tank during use, misting duration may extend beyond the preset timer. To resume misting, press the Misting button on top of the fan head. Repeat as needed.
⚠️ Do not attempt to mist with an empty water tank.
No. Only use clean tap or filtered water in the tank. Adding fragrances, essential oils, or any other liquids may damage the unit, as it is designed solely to convert clean water into a fine cooling mist.
We recommend using room temperature or cold water. Do not use warm or hot water, as it may damage the unit or internal components.
After every use, empty the water tank and let it dry completely to prevent stagnant water fom being misted.

Battery life varies depending on the selected fan speed:
- • Low Speed (Fan Speed 1): Up to 12 hours
- • Medium Speed (Fan Speed 3): Around 4 hours
- • High Speed (Fan Speed 5): About 1 hour

The fan takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge from 0% to 100%.
No. Please use only the charger provided to charge your fan. Using other power sources may damage the unit.
Yes, you can. The fan supports universal voltage (100V–240V), so no power transformer is required. Simply use a compatible charging adapter for the country you’re in.
If you plan to bring the fan overseas, please check with your airline for specific aviation guidelines and regulations to determine whether it should be checked in or carried on board.
The fan has an IPX5 water resistance rating, meaning it can withstand light rain or water splashes without damage. However, it is not designed for heavy rain or water submersion.
For best care, bring the fan indoors when not in use for extended periods. Do not charge or operate the fan in the rain.
For optimal performance, regularly wipe the exterior of the fan with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
