For many everyday dishes, the Ninja CRISPi Pro can perform oven-style functions including roasting, baking and proving, while also adding dedicated Air Fry, Max Crisp, ReCrisp and Dehydrate modes. It is designed as a versatile countertop cooker rather than a replacement for every oven use case.

Step 1: Insert crisper plate and add food Prep with seasoning or marinade if desired. TIP: You can marinate directly in the container. 

Step 2: Set base position Ensure modular base has been inserted into the correct position for the container you are using. 

Step 3: Insert container in the station Align container with modular base, and push container all the way back toward the spine until it clicks into place. NOTE: Cooking will not start if container is not properly installed. IMPORTANT: If container is not properly installed, cooking will not start and "ADD POT" will scroll on the display screen. 

Step 4: Choose settings Select cook function, temp, and time, then start cooking. NOTE: No preheating needed. 

Step 5: Toss occasionally  Pull container out of the station to turn or toss ingredients using silicone-tipped tongs once or twice during cooking. The unit will pause automatically. Unit will resume cooking when container is reinstalled. 

Step 6: Serve CleanCrisp containers can be placed directly on any countertop surface. CAUTION: Always use oven mitts when handling hot glassware.

Yes, but use the proper breading technique. It is important to coat foods first with flour, then with egg, and then with bread crumbs. Be sure to press the bread crumbs onto the food with your hands. Because the unit has a powerful fan as part of its mechanism, the coating can sometimes be blown off. Pressing the bread crumbs firmly on will help them stick. 

Yes. It is safe to use parchment paper and aluminum foil in the containers. The use of aluminum foil is suggested in some recipes. 

Although oil is not required, we recommend starting with one tablespoon and adjusting for personal preference, or referencing the recipe for recommended oil amounts. 

Unit will pause automatically if the Ninja glass container is removed. To resume cooking, insert the Ninja glass container; unit will automatically resume cooking. 

Your Ninja Crispi has counter-safe feet on the Ninja CleanCrisp glass containers. You may place the Ninja CleanCrisp glass containers on heat-safe surfaces and use caution when handling as the container will get hot during cooking. Is safe to safe to use the CleanCrisp containers on granite, laminate, quartz, butcher block and marble. When Ninja CleanCrisp glass container are hot, always use easy grip handles to handle. 

We recommend using the crisper plate when you want food to come out crispy. The crisper plate elevates the food in the basket so that air can flow under it to cook ingredients evenly. 

The Ninja CrispiPro is meant to live on your countertop. If you want to tuck your Ninja CrispiPro away, you can store it anywhere indoors, including in cabinets and closets. We recommend storing the 6QT CleanCrisp container when not in use can be stored in the main unit along with the crisper plate. The lids and small containers can be stored separately. We do not recommend nesting the containers to avoid interior scratching or damage to the glass. 

The Crispi is designed as a portable cooking system, whereas the CrispiPro is designed as a stationary version of that cooking system. 

The Crispi has four functions, Recrisp, Air Fry, Max Crisp, and Bake, whereas the CrispiPro has six functions, Air Fry, Max Crisp, ReCrisp, Roast, Bake/Proof, and Dehydrate. 

The CrispiPro allows you to change the cook temperature, has increased visibility due to its XL capacity, and have a light, whereas the Crispi does not allow you to change the cook temperature, has smaller capacity, and does not have a light.

No, the cooking system does not need to be preheated.

• • Max Crisp: Use to get an extra-crispy crunch with rapid heat. Great for finishing cheesy or crunchy dishes. Best for prepackaged frozen foods. 
• • ReCrisp: Use to revive food with an even, crispy texture. Best for leftovers. 
• • Roast: Use to give your food a caramalized outside, but tender inside. Best for large proteins and veggies. 
• • Bake | Proof: Use to perfectly bake desserts or prepare bread. Bets for cookings and other baked goods. 
• • Dehydrate: Use to remove moisture from fresh ingredients. Best for chips and jerky. 

The heat-protectant base on Ninja CleanCrisp glass containers ensures they can be safely placed on any countertop without causing heat damage. The easy-grip handles are permanently attached to the glass containers, providing a secure way to handle hot glass while also protecting surfaces from potential damage during and after cooking. 

The Ninja glass container is not installed properly. Ensure the modular base is in the correct position, and ensure the glass container clicks fully into place. 

• • BROWNING: For consistent browning, make sure ingredients are arranged in an even layer on the bottom of the glass container with no overlapping. If ingredients are overlapping, make sure to shake them halfway through the set cook time. 
• • VEGGIES: For best results with fresh vegetables and potatoes, use at least 1 tablespoon of oil. Add more oil as desired to achieve the preferred level of crispiness. For best results, check progress throughout cooking, and remove food when desired level of brownness has been achieved. We recommend using an instant-read thermometer to monitor internal temperature of proteins. After the cook time is complete, remove food immediately to avoid overcooking. 

PRO TIP: Shake or toss often. Pull container out of the station to turn or toss ingredients using silicone-tipped tongs once or twice during cooking. The unit will pause automatically. Unit will resume cooking when container is reinstalled. 

The bake mode should not be used for frozen food or reheating purposes. For best results, use the Recrisp or Air Fry mode for reheating and the Air Fry or Max Crisp modes for frozen foods. 

The customizable countertop cooking Crispi Pro unit features a stainless steel modular base that adjusts to fit multiple sized CleanCrisp containers. Adjusts to fit 2.3L, 3.8L and 5.7L containers.

Note 3.8L CleanCrisp Glassware container is sold separately.  

Customize your cooking by easily adjusting the modular base to fit your preferred CleanCrisp Glassware. When using 2.3L or 3.8L containers, slot the base into the upper or middle position, respectively, on the spine to ensure sealed cooking and heating. When using the 5.7L container, rest the adjustable base at the bottom platform of the unit.  

CAUTION: The modular base remains hot after use. Allow it to cool or use oven mitts when handling. 

• • The containers and crisper plate should be thoroughly cleaned after every use. ALWAYS let the appliance cool completely before cleaning. NOTE: NEVER immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid. NEVER clean the main unit in a dishwasher. 
• • The glass containers and crisper plates can be washed in the dishwasher. If food residue is stuck on the containers or crisper plate, place them in a sink filled with warm, soapy water and allow to soak. Thoroughly air-dry or towel-dry all parts after cleaning. 
• • The lids can be washed in the dishwasher (top rack only) or by hand. 
• • If hand-washing, thoroughly air-dry or towel-dry all parts after use. 

Main Unit: To clean the main unit and the control panel, wipe them clean with a damp cloth. NOTE: NEVER immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid. NEVER clean the main unit in a dishwasher. 

Ninja CleanCrisp Containers: The containers can be washed in the dishwasher or by hand with hot soapy water. If hand-washing, do not use abrasive cleaning tools and thoroughly air dry or towel-dry all parts after use. Be sure to allow glass to cool gradually to room temperature before placing it in water, sink, or dishwasher. 

Handles: The heat-protectant base and easy-grip handles are fixed permanently ot the Ninja glass containers and should NEVER be removed. The containers can be washed in the dishwasher or by hand with hot soapy water. If hand-washing, do not use abrasive cleaning tools and thoroughly air-dry or towel-dry parts after use. Be sure to allow glass to cool gradually to room temperature before placing it in water, sink, or dishwasher. To clean under the handles, try soaking the container in hot, soapy water, then rinse away. 

Crisper Plates: The crisper plates can be washed in the dishwasher or by hand. if hand-washing, thoroughly air-dry or towel-dry all parts after use. NOTE: Rubber feet cannot be removed while washing crisper plate. 

Lids: The lids can be washed in the dishwasher (top rack only) or by hand. If hand-washing, thoroughly air-dry or towel-dry all parts after use. 

Modular base: The modular base should be washed by hand or wiped with a clean damp cloth. Thoroughly air-dry or towel-dry part after use. NOT dishwasher safe. 

Yes. The CleanCrisp™ glass containers are designed to be microwave-safe, freezer-safe and dishwasher-safe. Follow the product care instructions for lids, crisper plates and other accessories.

Use the 2.3L container for smaller meals, sides and everyday portions, and the 5.7L container for larger meals and family-sized cooking. An intermediate-size container may be available separately depending on market availability.

The Ninja CRISPi Pro offers adjustable temperature control from 40°C to 240°C, covering low-temperature proving and dehydrating through to high-temperature roasting and crisping.
