Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1 small onion finely diced
- 2 cups cabbage finely diced
- 2 carrots shredded
- 1/3 cup scallions thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seed oil
- 3 cloves garlic grated
- salt + pepper to taste
- 1 packet of wonton or spring roll wrappers
Directions
- In a pan, heat up the oil and chili oil over med/high heat. Next one by one add in all the veggies, the onions, carrots, cabbage and green onions.
- Add the soy sauce, sriracha and toasted sesame seed oil. Cook everything down for 4 mins and add salt + pepper and garlic. Give everything a good stir and set it aside.
- Place the spring roll wrapper on a flat surface so one of the four corners is facing toward you (it should look like a diamond). Use about two tablespoons of the filling. Roll the corner over the filling once and gently press down on each side of the filling to flatten the spring roll wrapper.
- Next, fold over both the left and right sides of the wrapper towards the middle. Wet your fingers in some water and gently brush it onto the opposite corner of the wrapper. Continue rolling the spring roll into a tight cigar and place it sealed side down in the Double Stack Air Fryer.
- Air Fry at 195°C for 4-6 mins or until golden brown. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
