Ingredients
Rempah base
- 650gm Red onion
- 60gm Dried Anchovy (Ikan Bilis)
- 200gm Water
- 30gm Toasted Belachan
Chili paste
- 60gm Dried chili (Big chili less spicy)
- 180gm Oil
Seasoning
- 5gm Salt
- 5gm chicken powder
- 10gm Sugar
- To taste Tamarind juice (Assam Jawa)

Directions
- Blend up Chili paste and set aside
- Blend up the rempah base with Ninja blender then cook for 10min in Ninja Smart lid cooker on Saute mode 5
- Cook till it less watery and fragrant add in chili paste and cook for another 10min
- Season with salt, sugar and tamarind juice to your preference
- Cool down and ready to use.
Preheat Ninja double stack at roast 200°C for 2min
- Mix KangKong with sambal evenly and roast it for 2 min
- After 2 min stir it and cook for 3 more minute.
