Ingredients
- 250g all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, plus 50g, divided
- 3 tablespoons butter, at room temperature 180m1 milk, whole or 2%
- 50g packed light brown sugar
- 60g chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 to 2 tablespoons oil
- 30g confectioners' sugar (optional)

Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the flour, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, and salt until blended. Stir in the butter and milk briefly until a sticky dough forms.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and remaining 50g of granulated sugar.
- Place a piece of parchment paper on a work surface and dust it with flour. Roll the dough on the prepared surface to 'A inch thickness.
- Spread the sugar mixture over the dough. Sprinkle the pecans on top. Roll the dough tightly, jelly roll—style, and pinch the ends to seal it securely. Cut the dough into 12 rolls.
- Insert crisper plates in the baskets, line them with parchment paper, and spritz the parchment with oil. Place 6 rolls on each prepared parchment. Then, insert the baskets in the unit.
Turn the dial to select BAKE. Set the temperature to 160°C and set the time to 5 minutes. Press the MATCH COOK button to copy Zone 1's settings to Zone 2. Press START/ PAUSE to begin cooking in both zones.
- Flip the rolls and bake for 5 to 7 minutes more until lightly browned.
- Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar (if using).
