Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400
Directions
- Burgers
- In a large bowl, combine the beef mince, eggs, onion, coriander, ginger, garlic, garam masala, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, salt, and cayenne. Gently mix until ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Divide the meat into four portions and form into round patties. Make a slight depression in the middle of each patty with your thumb to prevent them from puffing up into a dome shape while cooking.
- Place the patties in the zone 1 air fryer drawer. Set the temperature to 176°C for 12 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the burgers have reached an internal temperature of 72°C.
- Raita Sauce
- In a small bowl, combine the cucumber, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
- To serve
- Place the burgers on the lettuce, buns, or naan and top with the sauce.
