Directions
Place washed rice and 350ml of water into the pot. Place reversible rack (high version) in the SmartLid™. Move slider to PRESSURE mode and select PRESSURE COOK on Hi for 7 minutes. While rice is cooking, chop broccoli and slice yellow onion and shiitake mushrooms.
Release the pressure for 10 minutes by turning the valve to VENT. Select KEEP WARM on the SmartLid™ and place chopped broccoli on the reversible rack. Close lid and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Remove broccoli and rice. Rinse pot, move slider to AIR FRY/HOB mode and select SAUTÉ function on Hi-5. Add canola oil, shiitake mushrooms, and onions. Stir-fry until lightly browned.
Pour monk fruit syrup, teriyaki sauce and 250ml of water into the pot. Stir mixture until it boils.
Add beef slices into the pot and stir until fully cooked. Turn off SmartLid™ once completed. Portion out rice, broccoli and beef sukiyaki.
