Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (900 g) turkey breast
- 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoon butter, melted
- Cooking spray

Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Spritz the two air fryer drawers with cooking spray.
- Combine the herbs, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Stir to mix well. Set aside.
- Combine the Dijon mustard and butter in a separate bowl. Stir to mix well.
- Rub the turkey with the herb mixture on a clean work surface, then brush the turkey with Dijon mixture.
- Arrange the turkey in the two preheated air fryer drawers. Air fry for 30 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the turkey breast reaches at least 76°C.
- Transfer the cooked turkey breast on a large plate and slice to serve.
