Ingredients
- 1 C. whole milk
- '/2 C. heavy cream
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 3 egg yolk
- Pinch of sea salt
- '/4 C. mini marshmallows

Directions
- Preheat the oven to broiler. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Arrange the marshmallows onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Broil for about 5 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, add the milk, heavy cream, sugar, egg yolks and a pinch of salt and beat until well combined.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook for about 1 minute, stirring continuously.
- Remove from the heat and stir in half of the marshmallows.
- Transfer the mixture into an empty Ninja CREAMi pint container.
- Place the container into an ice bath to cool.
- After cooling, cover the container with the storage lid and freeze for 24 hours.
- Reserve the remaining marshmallows into the freezer.
- After 24 hours, remove the lid from container and arrange into the outer bowl of Ninja CREAMi.
- Install the "Creamerizer Paddle" onto the lid of outer bowl.
- Then rotate the lid clockwise to lock.
- Press "Power" button to turn on the unit.
- Then press "GELATO" button.
- When the program is completed, with a spoon, create a 11/2-inch wide hole in the center that reaches the bottom of the pint container.
- Add the reserved frozen marshmallows into the hole and press "MIX-IN" button.
- When the program is completed, turn the outer bowl and release it from the machine.
- Transfer the gelato into serving bowls and serve immediately.
