Ingredients
- Sea scallops - 450g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Tarragon - 1/2 tbsp, minced
- Garlic cloves - 2, minced
- Lemon juice - Juice of 1 lemon
- Pepper
- Salt

Directions
- In a bowl, mix scallops, olive oil, tarragon, garlic, pepper, and salt until well coated.
- Install a crisper elate in both drawers, then place half the scallops in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select Air Fly, set the temperature to 200°C, and set the time to 5 minutes.
- Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 setting to zone 2.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Drizzle lemon juice over scallops and serve.
