Ingredients
- 1 egg, large
- 1⁄2 cup 2 teaspoon cornstarch,
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 7 tablespoon chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon canola oil
- 4 chile de árbol, chopped and seeds discarded
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoon green onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 lb. boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1 4 -inch chunks
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Directions
- Add egg to a large bowl and beat it with a fork.
- Add chicken to the egg and coat it well.
- Whisk 1⁄2 cup of cornstarch with black pepper and salt in a small bowl.
- Add chicken to the cornstarch mixture and mix well to coat.
- Divide the chicken in the two crisper plates and spray them cooking oil
- Return the crisper plates to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
- Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 20 minutes
- Select the "MATCH" button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
- Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
- Once done, remove the air fried chicken from the air fryer.
- Whisk 2 teaspoons of cornstarch with soy sauce, broth, sugar, ketchup, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
- Add chilies and canola oil to a skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add garlic and ginger, then sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir in cornstarch sauce and cook until it bubbles and thickens.
- Toss in cooked chicken and garnish with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and green onion.
