Ingredients

5 cups halved small pattypan squash (about 1 ¼ pounds)

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon dried oregano

¼ teaspoon dried thyme

¼ teaspoon pepper
-
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley, for serving

Directions
Place the squash in a large bowl.
Mix the oil, garlic, salt, oregano, thyme, and pepper drizzle over the squash. Toss to coat.
Place a crisper plate in both drawers. Put the squash in a single layer in each drawer. Insert the drawers into the unit.
Select zone 1, then AIR FRY, then set the temperature to 180°C with a 6 minute timer. To match zone 2 settings to zone 1, choose MATCH. To begin, select START/STOP.
Remove the squash from the drawers after the timer has finished. Sprinkle with the parsley.
