Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Bob's Red Mill egg replacer
- 2 tablespoons water
- 60g oat bran
- 65g all-purpose white flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 60ml almond milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- 80g chopped dates
- 8 foil muffin cups

Directions
- In a small cup, mix the egg replacer and water together. Set aside for 1 minute to thicken.
In a large bowl, combine the oat bran, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another small bowl or saucepan, add the almond milk and coconut oil and warm it just enough barely to melt the oil.
- Stir in the egg mixture and molasses and blend well.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the thy ingredients and stir just until moistened. Do not beat.
- Gently fold in the dates.
- Place 4 foil muffin cups (no paper liners) in each air fryer basket and fill each one 3,4 full with batter.
Then insert the baskets in the unit. Select Zone 1. Turn the dial to select BAKE. Set the temperature to 165°C and set the time to 10 minutes. Press the MATCH COOK button to copy Zone 1's settings to Zone 2. Press START/ PAUSE to begin cooking in both zones. Bake until the top gently springs back when touched, and a toothpick inserted in the centre emerges clean.
