Ingredients
- Potatoes, peel & cut into 1/2-inch pieces - 450 g
- Red sweet pepper, diced -
- Onion, diced - 1/2
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Paprika - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper
- Salt

Directions
- In a bowl, toss potatoes with sweet pepper, onion, pepper, oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then add half the potato mixture in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select Air Fiy, set the temperature to 200°C, and set the time to 15 minutes.
- Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Stir the potato mixture halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy.
