Ingredients

3 russet potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces with skin on

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder
-
2 tsp fine ground sea salt

1 tsp black pepper
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
½ red pepper, diced

Directions
The potatoes should be washed and scrubbed before being sliced into bite-sized pieces with the skin on.
Using paper towels, dry them and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Toss in the spices and drizzle with olive oil. Stir in the pepper until everything is completely combined.
Line a basket with parchment paper.
Press either “Zone 1” or “Zone 2” and then rotate the knob to select “Air Fryer”.
Set the temperature to 195°C, and then set the time for 3 minutes to preheat.
After preheating, spread the potatoes in a single layer on the sheet.
Slide basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 15 minutes.
After cooking time is completed, remove basket from Air Fryer
Place them on serving plates and serve.
