1 avocado

4 slices cooked bacon, chopped

2 tbsp salsa

1 tbsp double cream

60ml shredded Cheddar cheese
Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

1 tsp unsalted butter

2 large eggs
-
2 tbsp milk
-
2 tbsp shredded Cheddar cheese

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions
Bacon, Cheese, And Avocado Melt
Preheat the Zone 1 air fryer drawer to 204°C.
Slice the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the stone. To ensure the avocado halves do not roll in the drawer, slice a thin piece of skin off the base.
In a small bowl, combine the bacon, salsa, and cream. Divide the mixture between the avocado halves and top with the cheese.
Place the avocado halves in the Zone 1 air fryer drawer and air fry for 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese has melted and begins to brown. Serve warm.
Cheesy Scrambled Eggs
Preheat the Zone 2 air fryer drawer to 150°C. Place the butter in a baking pan and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until melted.
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and cheese. Season with salt and black pepper. Transfer the mixture to the pan.
Cook for 3 minutes. Stir the eggs and push them toward the center of the pan.
Cook for another 2 minutes, then stir again. Cook for another 2 minutes, until the eggs are just cooked. Serve warm.
